As part of the Leeds LGBTQ+ Health Inclusion Project, CHANGE produced an Easy Read guide to being LGBTQ+ and what it means.
The Project was funded by a grant from the Government Equalities Office. It was run by
Advonet, CHANGE and
Yorkshire MESMAC.
Its aim was to help LGBTQ+ people who are also autistic, have a learning disability or mental health difficulties be involved in the health services they use.
