Sex Education for Adults with Disabilities
The SEAD project was a long-term, Europe-wide sex education programme for adults with disabilities. CHANGE acted as partner in the development of a toolkit to be used in educating people with learning disabilities about sex and relationships.

This EU Grundtvig-funded project drew upon the experiences of partners from Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Finland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and the UK. We are working together in this project until September 2015. We want to learn from disabled people, their parents and staff working with them. We want to identify and test alternative learning approaches.

This project brought together 9 partner organisations from 7 countries working in disability services, educational and training institutions, universities, and disability rights organisations.

Partner Pledge:
• We will co-work together with disabled people, based on trust and respect
• We will value the expertise of disabled people
• We will share knowledge and experiences in empowering and accessible ways

The SEAD project finished in September 2015.
