Accessible Information Standard Review - Leeds
An event for people with learning disabilities to share their thoughts on the Accessible Information Standard, hosted by CHANGE in partnership with NHS England.
The Accessible Information Standard means that anybody with a disability, impairment or sensory loss who uses NHS or adult social care services, must get information in a way they can understand.
This event is part of a review by NHS England. They will look at all the feedback and write a report. Come and let us know what you think!
At the event we will ask you:
• about the difference the Standard has made for you
• how the Standard can be improved
There will be a free lunch. If you need help with travels costs, please let us know.
